The team at Giant Letter Company and SR Events are excited to share some new roles available within our team.
1. Photobooth Attendant
We are looking for some fun, and engaging individuals to join our team as Casual Event Staff / Photobooth Attendants! Experience in Hospitality, Customer Service or Retail is preferred but this position is ideal for anyone who enjoys interacting with fresh faces.
What you’ll be doing:
🤳 Interacting with guests and helping them strike their best poses.
📸 Setting up our Photobooth
🪅 Resetting the prop table after sessions
🛠 Training will be provided for media/filament replacement + basic troubleshooting.
💪 There is some lifting involved for set up but otherwise just good vibes.
Most importantly → bring the energy + positivity. We’ll teach you the rest!
Our events typically take place on weekends (Saturday or Sunday nights) so availability throughout these nights is a must.
What’s needed:
🔞 Drivers license
🚗 Medium to large vehicle to transport equipment is preferred but not a must.

2. Event Rodeo
The team at Giant Letter Company and SR Events are looking for individuals that are comfortable lifting equipment (>15kgs) to assist with event bump ins and bump outs. Prior experience in an AV or Electrical is definitely preferred however on the job training is provided.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting in the loading of AV equipmnet (DJ Equipment, Photobooths, Light Up Letters etc)
- Setting up or packing down equipment
Our events typically take place on weekends (Saturday or Sunday nights) so availability throughout these nights is a must.
What’s needed:
🔞 Drivers license
💪 Comfortability lifting equipment at venues with stairs / difficult loading access
🚗 Medium to large vehicle to transport equipment is preferred but not a must.
