Where do you deliver?
Yes! Our warehouse is based in Caulfield North so we primarily cater to the Melbourne CBD and Bayside region however we deliver any around Victoria. We've catered to events across Ballarat, Shepparton, Daylesford, Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges and more.
My venue has stairs, is this ok?
Of course. There may be an additional loading charge to cover the additional transportation but we ensure every delivery is seamless. Whether its through an industrial kitchen, office building or private home, we make sure your hire is hassle free and our letters are glowing before guest arrival.
How much space and power is required?
Most of our products are 1m tall. The exact length will vary based off your combination. We require a single 10-amp power point accessible within 15 metres of our equipment.
What payment options are available?
All quotes and invoices sent will have bank details for direct transfer. We can accept credit card payments through a payment link. Please note there may be a small surcharge on these transactions. We can accept cash for certain hires; if this is a preferred option, please let our team know and we can provide suitable option.

Can the letters be used outdoors? What about bad weather?
Our letters can be used both indoors and outdoors provided the access is flat and stable. eg. Some beaches with extremely unstable sand may not be suitable. However, all of our equipment is NOT waterproof nor weather resistant. Please keep in mind a wet-weather plan should poor weather be forecasted.
